Director Kevin Thomas likes to take an in-camera approach to his work. In this instance the model was filmed wearing a green body suit as she snuggled up to the regular Joe. Second passes were then shot of the body actor replicating Carmen's movements. A surreal mismatch was then created by The Mill's Barnsley, who simply composited Carmen's head onto the overweight body of the actor.

'Cocktail Party', the second spot in the campaign, follows a similar premise, but in this one a man suffers the classic indignity of dreaming he's almost naked and the butt of jokes at a crowded party.
