The Executive
This eery Anti-Smoking ad, directed by Rattling Stick's Sarah Dunlop and graded by Mill colourist Seamus O'Kane, features a suited man sitting in a shadowy office. The character, symbolic of a cigarette company executive, provides a sense of danger in his performance, which aims to show the ruthlessness of companies that want teenagers to start smoking as soon as they are of a legal age.

Seamus comments, "This beautiful spot relies upon simplicity to, firstly, dupe the viewer as to the characters intentions and, secondly, to reinforce the revulsion that such elegant opulence is the fruit of such moral corruption.
The grade was uncomplicated in structure but yet enhanced the expensive refinement of the corporate world. It wraps the character like a hand tailored suit but, as we get closer, good suit or not, we reveal the true ugliness of his intentions. The bespoke elegance of this spot certainly captivates the viewer and it was a joy to be part of such a well directed and executed idea."
