The Hay Day campaign continues with "Apple", a collaboration with Barton F. Graf 9000 LLC, the marketing and game teams at Supercell, and director Noam Murro of Biscuit Filmworks.
"Apple" sees a bird snatching the piece of fruit out of the cowboy's hand and replacing it seconds later with a pie baked to perfection - just a normal, everyday occurrence at the Hay Day Farm!

Supercell's furry, feathered characters were turned into CG friends for the campaign by lead artists Chris Knight, Adam Lambert and Jacob Bergman.
Bergman explains the animation process: "A lot went into the bird carrying the objects, for example the pie had to look particularly 'heavy' to carry. So, we used a practical pie and apple on set and then pasted in our animated versions when you see the bird fly in and out of shot."
