The spots feature a spider as a victim of flooding who's temporarily displaced from his trendy Swedish mattress, and a cow jumping over the moon then falling back to Earth and straight through the roof of a Dutch Colonial. Beautiful hand-drawn illustrations are revealed as an unseen storyteller combs through the pages of a worn volume called 'Short Stories and Tall Tales.'

"It was great to work so closely with The Martin Agency," Kneale says. "The agency creatives came up with strong simple ideas that put a humorous twist on classic tales. It was all about the details. We went to great lengths to print and bind the book to bring the illustrations to life. We even had a custom dye made to emboss and gold leaf the leather cover. Each page was aged by hand. I'm really happy with the end result."
