Mop Dog
A friendly dog with dreads embraces his individuality in 'Mop Dog' for Dr. Pepper, created by Deutsch LA in collaboration with director Simon Quaid of Imperial Woodpecker and The Mill. 'Mop Dog' follows a stray Puli as he wanders the streets in search of a place to belong.

He crosses paths with the sympathetic driver of a Dr. Pepper truck, eventually leading to a tight-knit bond between the two (who could resist those charming locks?). Spoiler alert: our canine friend ultimately finds acceptance in a place as one of a kind as he is.
Lead artist Adam Lambert of The Mill was on set for the shoot and later led the 2D team in making enhancements to the spot, including the addition of small particles to achieve the right look. Lambert comments: "We put in lots of puffs of dust to make the scene appear overall 'dirtier.' You can see that at the beginning as the dog wanders around.
We also added CG crates of Dr. Pepper to change the positioning and the way they originally appeared during filming." Here's to many more shared sub sandwiches between this unlikely duo.
