Featuring powerful projections and transitions, this film for BAFTA has a raw and honest feeling to it – genuinely asking viewers to engage and make a difference.
Mill+ Director FILFURY explains ‘I love working on projects that stand for something, creating art for a cause – art with purpose. I loved the premise for the film – The sense of urgency, the creative loss and the emotional pull. I had to be involved.
Like all my work I wanted this to be graphic, abstract, and of the highest craft level. However I wanted to achieve these stylistic attributes directly through the communication. The visuals needed to drive the narrative, a beautiful simplicity and approach to the film – but with a bold, urgent edge.
Design animations were created then projected, so everything was captured in camera, for once. A nice switch up, having minimal design work in the post process.
This was great project to be part of with an important message: Support our Arts.’
