The ad follows the lonely trolley as it tries to navigate the world outside. From not quite fitting in with supermarket trollies to getting stuck on uneven terrain and being barked at by walking dogs, viewers are presented with the various troubles of the wayfaring trolley.
 
Finally, hitting rock-bottom, the trolley takes shelter in an abandoned car park where the spot’s humorously emotional feel comes to a head as the rain continues to lash down outside.  An advert for Jury’s Inn suddenly blows into the frame, landing underneath the trolley's wheels, causing a epiphanous moment to occur.
 
Before long, the trolley is racing towards the nearest Jury’s Inn, rolling in to the lobby just in-time to help an arriving family with their bags, giving the once-saddened trolley the feeling of purpose it’s been searching for.

It’s always fun trying to bring inanimate objects to life; the challenge is trying to create the right movements to represent the desired emotion, but figuring out where these apply on such objects and how you best represent that.
 
Bringing the right amount of emotion and characteristics to the luggage trolley was no exception. By removing puppeteering rods in post, we were able to capture it’s movements as they seem in the finished product, helping to giving the trolley a real sense of life.’
