The use of Cinema 4D and frame-by-frame animation were pivotal to the piece, which relies on photo-real imagery of the elaborate and interlacing fibers to illustrate the connection between two forces depicted in the show.

The Mill’s Creative Director Grant Berry comments, “Capturing the drama and intense emotion of the show was the main focus for our work. The depiction of the characters’ complicated relationship came to fruition in the final frame as they maintain connection, only to keep pulling away from one another.”
