From Havas Worldwide Chicago and directed by Mill+'s Ben Smith Kenmore's latest 'Be Amazing' campaign features fantastical worlds and their characters in the two spots 'Knights' and 'Steam Washer'.
Ben explains, "We had a lot of fun personifying the dirt in Steam Washer and the cold in Knights. For Steam Washer we used a giant 20 foot deep and 60 foot wide water tank. And the knights were recruited from a local larping group in Vancouver, they made the perfect medieval warriors!"
Udesh Chetty, Lead 2D Artist, expands, "Our creative challenge was to visualize the fantastical worlds inhabited by our equally fantastical characters. The settings are based on the interiors of a washing machine and fridge, but each alludes to a turbulent ocean and medieval castle respectively. It was key that we added specific details to find the right mood for both environments."
