Working with Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam B.V. and Director Bob Harlow of Somesuch, The Mill created this inspiring spot for Nike, focusing on Turkey’s national football team and its supporters.
The spot shifts from supporters, engrossed in their national team, sporting their national colours, enthralled by the match on TV, to the Turkish team Captain offering an elevating speech to his team in the changing room. The ad encapsulates the often all encompassing nature of international sporting events, such as the up coming Euros.
2D Lead Artist Chris Scott explains; "It was a pleasure to work on this beautifully shot film from Harlow. The challenge was to really add to the existing atmosphere and heighten the sense of pride and passion inside the changing room. Harlow was able to capture the spirit of street football in Turkey and we had to ensure this was protected and enhanced in the studio"
