The brooding tone of the piece was enhanced with a grade by Mill colourist Seamus O'Kane who comments, "This was a great opportunity to work on a beautifully shot and directed music video. With a story that encompasses a time of day progression and intense retrospective it was important to balance the natural daylight with the emotion of the night time sequences.

The exterior location provided a depth of natural texture that we could use to compliment the dark intensity of the action, whilst the dramatic lighting of the interiors could be twisted to reflect the turmoil of the characters. Niall extracted an intense and compelling performance from the actors and it was great to be able to find a way to push this intensity within the colour structure."
