The Mill teamed up with director Harold Einstein of Dummy and The Martin Agency for the hilariously executed spot ‘Flextacular’ for Geico, reminding us that exercising and bro’s are a match made in gym heaven.
The spot features two dead-eyed guys who pump iron and discuss the merits of switching to Geico. The camera toggles back and forth between the two as they alternate bicep curls while exchanging dude-like banter with phrases like “brofessor,” “brotein shake” and our favorite “Teddy Brosevelt”. Throughout the spot, the bro who happens to have Geico undergoes an insane transformation, demonstrating how extra-pumped he is by saving money with the provider.
The campaign also includes a series of short “brocabulary” clips with retro music and grainy VHS effects, check out the rest here and bro it out!
