Feeling blue? So is Anheuser-Busch's new beer, Bud Light Platinum, which made its debut on the Super Bowl. It comes in a funky blue glass bottle and has a slightly sweeter taste and more alcohol content than its sister, Bud Light.

To debut the new brew, Translation LLC teamed up with The Mill and Director Phil Joanou to deliver some very stylish spots called 'Work' and 'Factory' that are reminiscent of Picasso's Blue Period. 'Work' is set in an office perched against a cool metropolis setting, while 'Factory' is an insider's look at what makes up Bud Light's new Platinum. In addition to similar color palates, both spots share smooth traversing camera work that does a nice job drawing viewers in.

Our Lead 2D Artist Mark French notes, "The challenge we faced with 'Factory' was combining the live footage with the CG that our 3D team, lead by Andres Eguiguren created. We needed to create something that looked interesting and real, but also of the same world. One of the approaches we used was combining live-action elements such as steam, fog, ice and snow to the composited scenes. We even did an on-site shoot with dry ice to get some footage of the cold, misty fog that emanates from it. This gave the bottle that extremely cold look during the 'cold room' scenes."
