Late Night
We have completed the visual effects on the new Doritos commercial advertising their special edition chips called ‘Late Night’. The spot contains both dramatic and subtle effects and was directed by Antoine Bardou Jacquet who also worked with us on the award winning Honda ‘Cog’.

VFX supervisor David Parker and producer Arielle Davis attended the two day shoot in Buenos Aries, Argentina. Once edited, Chris Knight, Lead Flame Artist worked to blend the different plates together. Chris notes: "There were many discussions about how best to merge the day and night scenes. It wasn't just a case of wipes and fades but using multiple mattes to blend layers in a more artistic and interesting way. A good example is the building lights which 'turn on' individually over the duration of the shots."
