"Getting involved early in the process was key," says Mill VFX producer Andrew Sommerville. "After working out the initial tests with the Legacy Effects crew and arriving at a range of scale factors for each character, we worked with the production company to find the best way to capture each character while giving Chris the utmost freedom to focus on the performances and minimizing the setups. In the end, each character is a mixture of resolutions from an oversized digital negative, which still allowed Energy BBDO all the flexibility needed when we got the footage back to The Mill."
