Old Spice collaborated with the creative's at Weiden+Kennedy and The Mill to produce five entertaining spots featuring Greg Jennings of the Green Bay Packers. The resilient and impressive athlete handles every challenge by simply believing in him 'SMELF'.
'Film' required The Mill to work some of that famous Hollywood magic in bringing a golden retriever to life.

Production created a dog suit to match the hero dog that was filmed in the opening few scenes, but due to the proportions needed to fit a person inside, and to bring more life to the prosthetic dog face, The Mill decided to film the real dog in the same position and then carefully replace all of the features of the prosthetic dog with live footage from the real dog's plates.
The Mill team also worked diligently in post to give the opening scenes a classic Hollywood film feel, laying the necessary groundwork for the comical soundstage reveal.
The final Old Spice pack shots were recreated and enhanced - work that included replacing all of the labels and adding suds to the packs as well as additional lighting and shadow work.
In the end the Zen strength of Greg Jennings not only inspires, but also offers a solution for those that perspire.
