The Mill worked with Droga5 on a the 'Lazy Phone' campaign for Motorla's new Moto X smartphone. It features comedian TJ Miller impersonating a 'lazy phone'. The campaign is a series of five hilarous spots that focus on the phone's intuitive functionality and depicting the many useless situations your current 'lazy' phone can get you into.

Fergus McCall, Lead Colorist for the spots said "Source footage was Alexa Raw which we're increasingly getting to use rather than the Prores conversions. It's good to see that more productions are prepared to go with the extra cost incurred for the jump in quality and flexibility that it offers. We did the five spots over two half days, working with the directors Josh and Will on the Tvips link with LA and Tim, Scott and Ben in New York. It's great working with two teams of creatively minded partners such as Droga5 and Speck and Gordon. Let's hope Lazy Phone provides the opportunity to do it again soon."
